Together with the machine we supply technical documentation such as operator manual + support CD rom, Electrical & Pneumatic diagrams, General drawings and Software sources.

-SPARE PARTS                                                                
In the General drawings are indicated all machine component for a quick identification and enquiry of spare parts needed.

- ASSISTANCE SERVICE VIA MODEM/TELEPHONE

 

Remote link management is an on-line service software used to manage the worldwide link trough standard telephone lines - PTNS, ISDN, GSM, GPRS, ADSL – it can connect the  machine to the remote service/control offices.
