Machine downtime maximum reduction:
Complete diagnostic and reset of the alarms (drives included) by touch screen.
All the alarms are provided of on-line manual (file.pdf) for a prompt problem explanation and resolution.
All machine parts can be moved separatelythrough user interface, for an easy identification and problem solving in case of allarm.
Possible connection to the machine through internet (Remote Assistance), in order to help the operator during the troubleshooting.
Fast and simple format changeover:
Format size adjustments can be saved into the control PC and recalled during the format change;
Touch-screen with function of SET-UP PACKAGE, whereby the system is able to determine all the parameters of a new format (electronic parameters + mechanical parameters) by simply starting from the final size of the pack and the initial size of the bag.
Stacker and bagger speed self-adapt to the production line’s speed.
All machine groups are servodriven (compacting group, pusher group, sealing station, …), this avoid any operator manual adjustment, all operations are managed through touch screen.
Multilanguage panel and touch screen for facilitate the operator during machine setting up.
